Authentic Shochu of Nishiyoshida Brewery Corporation
The Nishiyoshida Brewery Corporation has been devoted to producing authentic shochu (a Japanese distilled spirit) since its establishment in 1893.
The brewery strives to develop new techniques while continuing with tradition in order to provide finest tasting shochu. Visitors can tour the brewery.
Their authentic barley shochu, made from clean and rich local water and carefully selected barley, is particularly popular.
